Aggressive, Amazing, Alway chose Abt

Super aggressive attack dog lawyer !!! I was falsely accused by my ex wife with having child porn. The cops raided my home and arreested me. They seized all my computers, and cell phone. Mr. Abt found a legal technicality in the search warrant, the judge threw out all the evidence against me, case... dismissed. Abt, and his team, saved my life. He is crazy aggressive, and the greatest lawyer ever.

Super Lawyer, Super Result

Jay and his team rock!!! Cops busted my crew with 5 kilos of meth in the back of our truck. Abt took the case to trial and got me a not guilty. Walked out on a possible 25 year prison sentence.

Murder dismissed

April 2016 in Clayton county I was charged with murder and Possession of an firearm. My family hired Jay Abt was my lawyer. He got me a bond fast and out of jail fast. He told me to be patient and I listened because he is an experienced lawyer. The end result was case dismissed, I was exonerated on a...ll charges. Great results

i hired Jay after I my former company accused me of embezzlement. they alleged I stole money through my expense account, forged payroll, and other improprieties, totalling $250k. By the end of the case Mr. Abt had them paying me!! Whoever said "crime doesn't pay" never had Jay Abt as their lawyer....

Best lawyer ever. Saved my life.

Two years ago, I met Jay Abt for the first time due to being arrested. A bunch of gang members were beating up my friend, and I jumped in to stop it. When the gang members were talking about getting guns, I knew I had to get my friend out there because he would surely die that night. I had a wo...rk knife on me and had no other choice then to advert the gang's attention to me to get them off of my brutally beaten up friend. I stabbed one of the gang members and he almost died. I ended up stabbing the attacker that would bring him to the ground all in the name of self defense but that did not seem to matter to the judicial system. All I knew was that I could not leave my friend behind to die. Once the gang members split up, I carried my friend away from the scene to safety. As a result of my actions, I had some very serious charges pending against me...I was facing 40 years in prison. It was difficult to comprehend that by me helping my friend, I would surely lose the life that I knew. We sought the legal aid of Jay Abt. Jay and his staff worked feverishly hard for me. As of this week, I am the happiest person alive to say that I am finally done. I am out on probation with no jail time involved and the case is closed. Jay Abt made sure that I have nothing on my record, and no criminal conviction. Even better, Jay Abt got the judge to reduce the amount I had to pay in medical bills to the guy who got stabbed. He had $288k in medical bills, but I only have to pay $15k of it, thanks to Jay. He saved me over $250,000 !!! As for me, I will not be returning back to that part of town and will forever keep Jay on my speed dial.
