Thank you for taking my case and keeping me informed the whole step of the way very Professional Group.

They were really awesome at making contact. I only had to actually go in office once at the end to ink sign one form and for my settlement check to be released to me. The only thing is that I had to request my personal doctor records from Kaiser myself. They said they'd requested them a few times but never received them. So, that prolonged the process other that everything was straight forward and smooth sailing.

Every one was helpful and very friendly ..I would definitely recommend a friend if needed ..
