Approximately a year and a half ago I was involved in an automobile accident on 285 in Atlanta Ga. Traffic ahead had stopped due to another accident and the tractor trailer behind me was unaware that traffic had stopped, in spite of an overhead lighted sign warning of the accident ahead. I was r...ear ended by the back of the trailer after the truck had jack knifed. My vehicle, an 8 month old Chevy Tahoe, was totaled. Needless to say, injuries accompanied the unfortunate situation. I was referred to Mr. Bartlett by another law firm that I had contacted in regards to difficulties I was having with the trucker's insurance company. I can not adequately express the gratitude I have for the way everything was handled from the first meeting, through depositions and settlement process and then all the way through handling every minute detail in dealing with Doctors and Hospitals after the award settlement. Due to the nature of my business I am no stranger to the legal process and understand the difficulties that are faced throughout bringing an unfortunate situation to an equitable resolution.
