Robert F. Glass is a partner at Glass & Robson, LLC, one of the premier plaintiff’s personal injury firms in Georgia.
Robert’s practice focuses exclusively on representing individuals who have been seriously injured or killed by the negligence of others. Since Robert began his plaintiff’s practice in 2010, he has recovered millions of dollars for his clients.
Robert uses his past experience of representing insurance companies and multinational corporations to achieve the best result possible for his clients. Robert has litigated on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in the past and has a special passion for the courtroom.
In 2012, Robert was honored with an “AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating for attorneys for both legal ability and ethical standards. He was also nominated to The National Trial Lawyer’s Top 100 Trial Lawyers for 2013, which is a national recognition. In 2011, 2012, and 2013 lawyers from around the State nominated Robert as a Georgia Super Lawyer “Rising Star,” which is limited to the top 2.5 percent of attorneys practicing in the State of Georgia under the age of 40. In 2011, Robert was honored by the National Trial Lawyers when he was selected for membership in the “Top 40 Under 40,” which is comprised of the top 40 young attorneys in each state. In December 2012, Robert was also honored by other lawyers across the State of Georgia by being elected to Georgia Trend’s “Legal Elite.” Robert has been asked to speak on various personal injury litigation issues and trial tactics based on his past success. Robert completed the American Association of Justice’s “Ultimate Trial College” at Harvard Law School in 2013 and is an avid student of trial advocacy and cutting edge courtroom techniques.
Robert is actively involved in federal and state bar associations, including the State Bar of Georgia, Southern Trial Lawyers Association, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association of Justice. In 2011, Robert was nominated as Vice-President At Large for the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and previously served on the editorial board for the Georgia Bar Journal, published by the State Bar of Georgia.
Robert is licensed to practice in every trial court in Georgia, along with the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, and United States District Courts for the Northern District of Georgia and Middle District of Georgia.
Robert was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He attained his B.A. in 2002 from The University of the South, magna cum laude, with Distinction in Political Science. Robertgraduated from Mercer Law School, cum laude, where he served as Senior Managing Editor of the Mercer Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Board, and was elected by the entire student body to serve as Honor Court Prosecutor.
