There are some good people in this world who really want to help and deeply care and Rachel is one of them. I am thankful that I had her representing me and supporting me through my custody and child support case. She is passionate, hardworking, knowledgeable and honest. I felt like she was my friend more than my attorney and will call her day or night and she was there for me.
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you so much for working so hard day and night on my behalf and guiding me through the situation. I really appreciate everything you have done for me and my little girl. You are an amazing woman and excellent attorney.

Rachel helped me with a divorce after a lengthy separation and I was amazed at how efficiently she handled it and how quickly and easily it was resolved. I would recommend her without reservation.

Rachel has truly been my Guardian Angel throughout my entire custody case. She gave me endless amounts of emotional support and made me feel like I was her only client. She worked tirelessly and when I would fade into a really dark place, she would bring me back and give me hope again.
My case was very complicated and grueling. My son’s Guardian Ad Litem told me that my custody case was the most bizarre case of her career. On top of all the craziness, we were fighting a very large “BUCKHEAD LAW FIRM” and a very well connected/funded defendant. So you can imagine the challenges we faced. I was terrified that the odds were against us. But Rachel never backed down from any obstacle they tried to put in our way. She fought right up until the moment that the judge gave us everything we asked for.
Rachel didn’t just win my case with a few profoundly written documents. She relentlessly pursued our goals for seven months. She came to my home and spent an entire day going through evidence and hugging me as I wept. She went on vacation to Hawaii and yet she still answered emails and called to check on us.
I feel very fortunate to have found Rachel! I appreciate everything she has done for me and my family and I will be forever grateful! I highly recommend my attorney and now friend, Rachel Elovitz!
Lynn Goldman, Adoption Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
Rachel is a dedicated attorney and a true advocate for her clients. She is extremely thorough and detailed. I was so fortunate to have her on my team of mediators at the Fulton Juvenile Court. Not only is she an amazing attorney, but she is an insightful and competent mediator. She truly cares about her clients and their families. If you are looking for an attorney that cares not just about your case, but is dedicated to your needs, I would recommend Rachel without hesitation.
David Yomtov, Child custody Attorney
Relationship: Worked together on matter
Rachel Elovitz has a passion for advocacy and a good head on her shoulders. I know this from working an interstate custody case with her, we had the same client. She offered consistently excellent advice and I would refer anyone with a Georgia family law case to Rachel in a heartbeat.
