Traci Weiss has been an attorney with Warner, Bates, McGough, McGinnis & Portnoy since 2005. Her practice is exclusively dedicated to family law and domestic relations litigation, including, but not limited to, divorces, custody and child support disputes, paternity and legitimation actions, modifications, enforcement of court orders, and adoptions. She practices primarily in the following counties: Fulton, Cobb, DeKalb, Gwinnett, Forsyth and Cherokee, as well as various counties outside of the main metropolitan Atlanta area (e.g., Douglas, Jackson and Henry County).
She is a graduate of Binghamton University (B.A. in political science and history, 1997), and of Emory University School of Law (J.D., 2000) where she was a member of the Moot Court Society, the Order of Advocates, and the Honor Court.
Traci is an active member of the Charles Longstreet Weltner Family Law American Inn of Court, the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta and DeKalb Bar Associations. She was the Sponsorship Chair for The Supreme Cork fundraising event hosted by the YLD Family Law Committee of the State Bar of Georgia, as well as the Treasurer for that Committee (2007-2009). She is also an active member of her community and has served on the Board of Directors of her homeowners' association.
