Satisfied customer

Stephanie has excellent customer service skills. During our consultation her explanation of the process for creating a trust was easily understood. We knew what steps to help us prepare for each appointment. All of our appointments were held on the original scheduled dates. The entire process w...as seamless. Stephanie has a very pleasing personality. She is a very effective communicator and she a very a supportive staff.

Friendly, communicative, professional

Stephanie Eban has been a pleasure to work with. She offered specific reasons why a trust would be helpful, patiently answered all questions, and worked efficiently to get all the papers in order without delay. She clearly understands all the ins and outs of trusts very thoroughly. She has offered... to answer any further questions I might have, and I am confident she will do so. Her staff (Tara and Tessa) also were very helpful and facilitated the process of setting up a trust.

Very professional and knowledgeable

I engaged Stephanie to create my estate plan, From the original consultation to the final signing I was very pleased with Stephanie and her team's professional approach and the wealth of knowledge they exhibited. They provided options to all my questions along with an explanation why I may, or may no...t, want to select a particular option. The entire team was very sensitive throughout the process, and we all remained on the schedule we originally agree to. As I complete my final steps for the estate plan Stehanie and Tessa have offered to answer any questions, at no additional cost, that may arise which was very important to me. I highly recommend Stepanie and her team for any estate planning needs.

Stephanie Eban Review

Stephanie and team have tons of positive energy and really enjoy working with each other. These guys were well organized and really did an excellent job in simplifying what appears to be a complicated process. They were able to answer questions in easy understandable terms. We had multiple needs f...or estate planning, which included Revocable Living Trusts, Inheritance Trusts, Pour-Over Wills, Power of Attorney, Advance Directive for Health Care and maybe a few I missed. Stephanie took time to explain how all of the processes/documents tied together, how they should be updated in the future and how to tie up the few remaining loose ends. The one area that could use a little improvement is to start meetings on the agreed upon time. Both meetings we arrived a few minutes early with the expectation the meeting would start a few minutes within the appointed time. Our second meeting we sat waiting in the conference room for around 15 minutes. All-in-all, I would highly recomment Stephanie and her team for any Estate planning needs. These guys did a wonderful job for our current needs and we will not hesitate to reach out to them for any future needs.
