Exactly what I needed

I needed to get my future in order, (legally), to make all decisions simple for my daughter, and to avoid probate. That is exactly what Stephanie did for me. She has a great team: well organized, very knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and professional. Drawing up a Will and Trust can be very ...complicated and detailed. Stephanie, however, made this so very simple for me. I feel empowered. My daughter is happy to be free from “guessing” at all of those “future” decisions.

My estate plan

Stephanie guided me thru the process of establishing an estate plan to protect my assets from potential probate disputes. She skillfully offered guidance as to which approaches best met my wishes. It was a pleasure working with her thru the orderly process.

The only one in Atlanta you should use for Trust planning

Stephanie helped us establish our Trust documents in Oct 2021. She is so clear and articulate in explaining complex topics. I think she may be the smartest person I've ever met. And so personable. She seems to really care about her clients. She has also assembled a team that operates with the sa...me high standards and attention to detail that she expects of herself. Outstanding estate planning experience

Ms Eban showed meticulous attention to detail. She was receptive to suggestions for changes when needed. She promptly replied to emails or calls. I had originally asked for help with a limited issue, namely conversion of my deceased husband's trust to one in my name. In the end, thankfully, I was pro...vided with a much more comprehensive estate plan, one which will save me and my children a great deal of money, and which will avoid probate when I pass. At all times, she was courteous, friendly and entirely professional. I would with great enthusiasm recommend her to anyone seeking an estate lawyer!!

Super service start to finish

My wife and I had not truly considered creating a trust for our family. We thought that a standard will and power of attorney would just suffice. We attended Stephanie's event and learned that we really needed something more to protect our assets and ensure that our children would not be burdened wit...h the challenges of going through probate and numerous other hurdles people experience when handling an estate. Stephanie walked us through the whole process, listened to our concerns, provided guidance, and helped us think about what we wanted to have happen. With the whole social distancing challenge, she made accommodations for us to get our documents signed in an expedient and safe manner as well. We feel very fortunate to have Stephanie as our lawyer and very relieved that we have things in place for our kids so that they will not have to experience unforeseen challenges.
