Estate planning for newborn

My wife and I are expecting our first child in a few months, and in preparation we sought the services of Mrs. Stephanie Eban. She helped us make an estate plan. This allowed us to formally voice our end-of-life medical wishes, name a financial power of attorney, name those who would take care of ou...r child in the event of our deaths, and hopefully allow our child or future children to inherit our assets with minimal fuss. We found Mrs. Eban to be highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I've been on my parents case for establishing similar documents.

Awesome team to work with!

Stephanie was very easy to work with. She made the whole process very easy for me and my wife to set up our Living Trust and Powers of Attorney. Her and her team were a pleasure to work with.

Estate planning

I thought I needed a simple will and power of attorney due to the size of my estate. Stephanie helped walk me through all of my options to make the settlement of my estate easier on my family. I didn't realize all the steps to settle an estate so this information was greatly appreciated. We came u...p with a plan that works for me and will provide my family with less stress when the time comes to settle my estate. I really appreciate the extra time and effort Stephanie spent working with me to help me understand all my options.

Smooth process

With no kids we set up a trust to avoid probate and ease of settling our estate to our heirs. Stephanie and her staff walked us thru all the process to include POA and health care directives. Recommend highly!!

My estate attorney

Stephanie Eban Esq. was recommended as a trust and estate attorney at a networking team meeting. My husband and I got an invitation to come to a presentation at a restaurant. She and her paralegal gave a very efficient presentation. My husband said at once that he got an idea what a living trust... is and wanted to sign up to have it done. In the process both were very helpful and explained what needs to be done and how to solve different issues. We had a face to face meeting where Ms. Eban explained what we may need. Then she sent a draft of the living trust for us to proof read and do necessary changes. A week later we had the final face to face meeting and signed the living trust. The whole process was very smooth and Ms. Eban explained everything we needed to understand to make the best for ourselves and our daughter. I would recommend this lawyer to everyone who need assistance. She even asked if we have pets and how we want them taken care of. She also asked if we want to exclude our daughter's future husband from receiving anything from the trust. We also got medical power of attorney and other documents that we had not taken into account.
