Pleasant experience

We [especially old folks] are very sensitive to behavior specially in touchy situations like life [and life end] decisions we asked assistance with. So the professional we encounter and personality as well as general attitude and behavior are sharply judged. Meeting Mrs. Nullman Eban was in itself a ...pleasant experience because of her professionalism yet friendly and caring attitude. Her knowledge and expertise as well as her personality and considerate conduct combined were instrumental in an overall great experience working with her on our hard decisions. Patience to and with our questions and considerate guidance for easing our decisions helped a great deal to make a [potentially] highly stressful process easy.
