Great Estate Planning Attorney

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie to set up our Estate Plan. She guided us through the entire process and made sure that we understood what each document would - and would not do - so that we were comfortable signing all of them. The amount of paperwork involved is pretty ove...rwhelming but when Stephanie took the time to discuss all of them, it made it seem a lot less and the entire process went very smoothly. We really liked the "no pressure" Initial Consultation - we told Stephanie what we were looking to achieve and she gave us an overview of what the process would be to accomplish it as well as the cost if we wanted to proceed. After that, the discussions to clarify the particulars of the Trusts and other related documents were handled in a very professional manner. Stephanie listened to what we said and also was able to provide her thoughts and suggestions for some areas that we were not sure how we wanted to proceed - which we found to be very helpful and we appreciated hearing. I can be a pain to deal with and I review everything that is put in front of me but Stephanie was able to deal with this. She did not complain when I would change my mind on something that required her to redo some of the paperwork. She obviously understood that this was an important step for us and we wanted to make sure that we got it all right. My wife and I would highly recommend Stephanie to anybody who wants an Estate Planning Attorney who clearly knows her business, has a ton of patience and will make you feel like you are dealing with family. She deserves more than 5 Stars but that is the highest that this review will accept. Sincerely, Danny and Lynn

Fast, Efficient and Easy!

Stephanie Eban was professional and friendly for all of our encounters during the process of creating my will. She was careful to respect my wishes. In addition, I was pleased that the signing process was so brief and straightforward. Tessa is equally as kind. Using Stephanie was great decision that ...brought peace to my trust and estate planning.

Clients Happy and at Peace

We heard about Stephanie from a co-worker and then joined one of her webinars. She was extremely knowledgeable and easy to follow, if that’s even possible when listening to legal talk. Stephanie was very professional and personable on the webinar, but her reason for becoming an Estate Trust and Wills... lawyer was what gave us the peace of mind to hire her. She provided feedback and explanations along the way to ensure we were at ease with every decision we made. Trust

My husband and I met Stephanie about two years ago while listening to her speak about trusts/wills. We were so impressed with her knowledge and professional demeanor that we sought her out this year when we decided it was time to set up a revocable trust. Stephanie was thorough with her explanation...s and happy to answer all our questions. After working with her, we are still impressed with her knowledge and work ethics.
