Attorney, Estate planning wills and trust

There are not enough superlatives to give Ms. Nullman and her manner in the development of our wills, trusts and estate planning. In addition to her extraordinary comportment, she was very knowledgeable and helpful in completing what we considered a complicated project.

Stephanie Nullman - Great Estate Attorney

Stephanie was excellent in that she explained all options extremely well and captured all of the information needed to complete our trusts, wills and supporting documents. She was very through and provided us excellent advice in quite a number of complex situations.

Building a will is never a fun job when it entails funeral arrangements, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, etc. However, Stephanie was very helpful, professional and made it as pleasant as possible. Also, importantly, given the pages and pages of legalize, made it understandable. The final ...document we received was very thorough and well put together.

Firmly Established for the Future

We had the opportunity to meet Stephanie after a professional recommendation from another attorney, who advised hands down, Stephanie Nullman was his number one pick for an estate attorney. Stephanie understood our specific needs in planning an estate and allowing for a hassle-free process for our... surviving children. She provided real world examples of potential issues and best options to avoid them, she gave detailed instructions and she guided us through the entire process of developing our estate plan. She explained the various options and detailed explanations for the various estate planning options... wills vs. trusts vs. living wills, etc, and never gave a forced opinion, just the best options. The whole trust and estate plan was presented for review prior to ratification with plenty of time for review and personal communications during the planning process. We never were surprised by anything on signing day... we were prepared through and through. I cannot express how pleased we were with Stephanie and make no reservations about recommending her for estate, trusts, and will planning. She is personal, friendly and enthusiastic... makes the "lawyer thing" a pleasure!!

Assistance with Family Will

My reasons for looking for an Estate planning and Living Wills lawyer was to fully understand an already existing Living Will created by another law firm. My objectives were to make sure I understood all of the consequences of its language and to make sure the desired outcomes of the family assets we...re clearly marked and any pitfalls to executing the plan were identified. I hired Stephanie to do just that and she did a wonderful job reviewing the language, interpreting it in quick fashion and communicating it to me in a clear and concise fashion. I walked away feeling much better knowing the language in an otherwise complex legal contract was sound and the family will be in good position at the time the Will needs review. I was impressed with her knowledge and technical expertise and would recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to solidify their overall financial plan with appropriate legal protection and consultation in an estate / trust / will.
