Trust

My husband and I met Stephanie about two years ago while listening to her speak about trusts/wills. We were so impressed with her knowledge and professional demeanor that we sought her out this year when we decided it was time to set up a revocable trust. Stephanie was thorough with her explanation...s and happy to answer all our questions. After working with her, we are still impressed with her knowledge and work ethics. I would recommend her to anyone!

Grateful for COVID Outreach to Healthcare Workers

Stephanie Nullman reached out to healthcare workers on the frontline during the COVID 19 pandemic to offer her services with regard to wills, healthcare power of attorney, and estates, etc. Updating these legal documents had been on my to do list for ages, but it was her outreach during this critical... time that was key. I was incredibly impressed with Ms. Nullman. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, available and responsive, thoughtful, and kind. She met with me multiple times virtually to ensure that these documents really convey my wishes clearly. She was so accommodating in scheduling these visits. The process of signing the documents in person went off without a hitch in accord with the CDC guidelines for physical distancing. While I am most grateful that she charged a reduced rate for healthcare workers on the frontlines during the pandemic, given the quality of her work, I would have been happy to pay her full rate. Without a doubt, I will use her services in the future and will refer my friends and colleagues to her.

Short and Complete!

Stephanie knew exactly what I needed when it came to preparing my will. And the best part was the whole process was short, sweet and complete. Aside from a brief meeting outside of her office, she was able to complete everything for me via email and a short conference. Despite COVID-19, Stephanie ...was available to provide a place for me to sign outdoors - how convenient for me that all of this was done during social distancing! Thank you, Stephanie!

Estate Planning with stephanie Nullman, Estate Planning Attorney

My wife and I recently retired to Fayetteville, GA from NC and realized that we needed to review and revise many of our legal documents. We met with Stephanie a couple of times and learned what services she could provide and based on our particular situation and Georgia law what she recommended and ...why. First of all, Stephanie was very good on explaining some differences between GA and NC law when it came to wills, probate and trusts. Based on our objectives we found the right vehicle for protecting and passing on our assets to our children and grandchildren. She was excellent in going over all the nuances of powers of attorney and health-care powers of attorney. She gave great examples where appropriate and answered all of our questions very thoroughly. We agreed on an overall estate plan which included several components and we are in the process of finalizing the implementation of the estate plan. My wife and I highly recommend Stephanie Nullman as an estate planning attorney. She is a true professional, extremely knowledgeable, personable, an excellent communicator and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Super service start to finish

My wife and I had not truly considered creating a trust for our family. We thought that a standard will and power of attorney would just suffice. We attended Stephanie's event and learned that we really needed something more to protect our assets and ensure that our children would not be burdened wit...h the challenges of going through probate and numerous other hurdles people experience when handling an estate. Stephanie walked us through the whole process, listened to our concerns, provided guidance, and helped us think about what we wanted to have happen. With the whole social distancing challenge, she made accommodations for us to get our documents signed in an expedient and safe manner as well. We feel very fortunate to have Stephanie as our lawyer and very relieved that we have things in place for our kids so that they will not have to experience unforeseen challenges.
