Excellent Lawyer for Estate Planning

Stephanie Nullman Eban assisted us in our Estate Planning, including setting up our Living Trust, Inheritance Trusts, Pour-Over Wills, Healthcare Power of Attorney, Property Power of Attorney, and Living Wills. She was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, articulate, patient, and compassionate. S...he took the time to answer all our questions, and was available by both email and telephone to help us when issues arose before our signing meeting. Exactly what I needed

I needed to get my future in order, (legally), to make all decisions simple for my daughter, and to avoid probate. That is exactly what Stephanie did for me. She has a great team: well organized, very knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and professional. Drawing up a Will and Trust can be very ...complicated and detailed. Stephanie, however, made this so very simple for me. I feel empowered. My daughter is happy to be free from “guessing” at all of those “future” decisions.

Great experience

Attorney Stephanie Eban and her team were so awesome and helpful in meeting my needs regarding estate planning. I reached out to SEVERAL different firms before I found Thrift McLemore. Many firms were very vague and would not answer “simple” questions over the phone or would not answer any question...s until funds were transferred. During the consultation, Atty Eban provided detailed information and advice regarding the estate planning process BEFORE we ever discussed pricing, which made me feel incredibly comfortable knowing her focus was on providing quality service. Atty Eban and her team were very knowledgeable and professional and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I would definitely use this firm again and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking assistance with estate planning.
