Estate planning for newborn

My wife and I are expecting our first child in a few months, and in preparation we sought the services of Mrs. Stephanie Eban. She helped us make an estate plan. This allowed us to formally voice our end-of-life medical wishes, name a financial power of attorney, name those who would take care of ou...r child in the event of our deaths, and hopefully allow our child or future children to inherit our assets with minimal fuss. We found Mrs. Eban to be highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I've been on my parents case for establishing similar documents.

Hired the services of Stephanie to create a Living trust. She was very informative and completed the process in a timely manner. I was also advised on how to best do things. Friendly, communicative, professional

Stephanie Eban has been a pleasure to work with. She offered specific reasons why a trust would be helpful, patiently answered all questions, and worked efficiently to get all the papers in order without delay. She clearly understands all the ins and outs of trusts very thoroughly. She has offered... to answer any further questions I might have, and I am confident she will do so. Her staff (Tara and Tessa) also were very helpful and facilitated the process of setting up a trust.

Great knowledge and services

Stephanie and her team were excellant to work with - and it was very apparent they are very skilled and knowledgable. Coming from another state that had a much more liberal system, Stephanie took all the time we needed to explain (and re-explain) and have us understand what we would need to put toget...her here in Georgia and why.
