Fantastic job at Trust and Estate plan management

Stephanie and her team have been a real treat to work with. She was able to effectively explain and implement a set of living trusts, pourovers, and estate provisions that exceeded all our expectations. 5 Star legal advice

My wife and I had to update our wills and health directives. We were to invited to a Thrift McClemore dinner meeting and was impressed by the speakers and presentation and took the next step for a review of our estate planning. The meeting with lawyer Stephanie Eban accomplished our goals better tha...n we ever expected. Her approach, understanding and concern was exceptional. Today we signed the final documents after a thorough explanation of all the legalize. We are very fortunate to have found a law firm that goes the extra mile. We are now secure in the knowledge that our wishes will take effect without any problems.

Estate planning

I thought I needed a simple will and power of attorney due to the size of my estate. Stephanie helped walk me through all of my options to make the settlement of my estate easier on my family. I didn't realize all the steps to settle an estate so this information was greatly appreciated. We came u...p with a plan that works for me and will provide my family with less stress when the time comes to settle my estate. I really appreciate the extra time and effort Stephanie spent working with me to help me understand all my options.

Very professional and knowledgeable

I engaged Stephanie to create my estate plan, From the original consultation to the final signing I was very pleased with Stephanie and her team's professional approach and the wealth of knowledge they exhibited. They provided options to all my questions along with an explanation why I may, or may no...t, want to select a particular option. The entire team was very sensitive throughout the process, and we all remained on the schedule we originally agree to. As I complete my final steps for the estate plan Stehanie and Tessa have offered to answer any questions, at no additional cost, that may arise which was very important to me. I highly recommend Stepanie and her team for any estate planning needs.

Stephanie Eban Review

Stephanie and team have tons of positive energy and really enjoy working with each other. These guys were well organized and really did an excellent job in simplifying what appears to be a complicated process. They were able to answer questions in easy understandable terms. We had multiple needs f...or estate planning, which included Revocable Living Trusts, Inheritance Trusts, Pour-Over Wills, Power of Attorney, Advance Directive for Health Care and maybe a few I missed. Stephanie took time to explain how all of the processes/documents tied together, how they should be updated in the future and how to tie up the few remaining loose ends. The one area that could use a little improvement is to start meetings on the agreed upon time. Both meetings we arrived a few minutes early with the expectation the meeting would start a few minutes within the appointed time. Our second meeting we sat waiting in the conference room for around 15 minutes. All-in-all, I would highly recomment Stephanie and her team for any Estate planning needs. These guys did a wonderful job for our current needs and we will not hesitate to reach out to them for any future needs.
