Estate planning for newborn

My wife and I are expecting our first child in a few months, and in preparation we sought the services of Mrs. Stephanie Eban. She helped us make an estate plan. This allowed us to formally voice our end-of-life medical wishes, name a financial power of attorney, name those who would take care of ou...r child in the event of our deaths, and hopefully allow our child or future children to inherit our assets with minimal fuss. We found Mrs. Eban to be highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I've been on my parents case for establishing similar documents.

Friendly, communicative, professional

Stephanie Eban has been a pleasure to work with. She offered specific reasons why a trust would be helpful, patiently answered all questions, and worked efficiently to get all the papers in order without delay. She clearly understands all the ins and outs of trusts very thoroughly. She has offered... to answer any further questions I might have, and I am confident she will do so. Her staff (Tara and Tessa) also were very helpful and facilitated the process of setting up a trust.

Trust

Stephanie Nullman Eban and her staff were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful during the entire experience of writing up our Trust. Sherry and I had very little experience in this area of a Trust and were supported through the entire process. We asked numerous questions and each question was... explained in terms we understood.
