Recently divorced with child

I felt as it Stephanie as a Fiduciary from the start. I did speak with other lawyers about estate planning and received quotes. In the end I followed my gut and was very pleasantly surprised. I feel like she has my family best interests and would highly recommend her to anyone. Very professional and ...patient. Felt totally that my family is in good hands now and for future.

Estate Planning, Trusts, and Wills completed by Stephanie Nullman Eban

I did not realize this process could be so effortless until we met Stephanie. She explained everything in layman's terms rather than legal jargon, answered all our questions, was professional, friendly, thorough, and highly productive. She alleviated our fears regarding the Estate Planning process. W...e are so glad she made herself available through a teaching webinar prior to us choosing her to provide the Estate Planning services. We highly recommend Stephanie for your legal needs, and have already mentioned her name to some of our friends. Next step for us is to find a fireproof safe in which to store all the valuable 3-ring binder information for our family. Great Estate Planning Attorney

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie to set up our Estate Plan. She guided us through the entire process and made sure that we understood what each document would - and would not do - so that we were comfortable signing all of them. The amount of paperwork involved is pretty ove...rwhelming but when Stephanie took the time to discuss all of them, it made it seem a lot less and the entire process went very smoothly. We really liked the "no pressure" Initial Consultation - we told Stephanie what we were looking to achieve and she gave us an overview of what the process would be to accomplish it as well as the cost if we wanted to proceed. After that, the discussions to clarify the particulars of the Trusts and other related documents were handled in a very professional manner. Stephanie listened to what we said and also was able to provide her thoughts and suggestions for some areas that we were not sure how we wanted to proceed - which we found to be very helpful and we appreciated hearing. I can be a pain to deal with and I review everything that is put in front of me but Stephanie was able to deal with this. She did not complain when I would change my mind on something that required her to redo some of the paperwork. She obviously understood that this was an important step for us and we wanted to make sure that we got it all right. My wife and I would highly recommend Stephanie to anybody who wants an Estate Planning Attorney who clearly knows her business, has a ton of patience and will make you feel like you are dealing with family.
