Young family getting set up

After a relatively quick yet thorough intake session, Stephanie put together every single legal document together (most that we didn't even know that we needed) in a quick and orderly fashion. We have contingencies to our contingencies put in place to ensure that our loved ones (including furry ones...) are taken care of should something happen to us. The delivered estate plan was above and beyond our expectations. She delivered all the legal documents as well as worksheets to give instructions to our executor where everything is and how to access it.

John & Michele Trust

Stephanie made a pretty difficult task so much easier. Our first meeting she listened attentively and took copious notes. She is very thorough but made explanations easy to comprehend. After first meeting, answered questions via phone calls to ensure every item was properly represented in our trust. ...On our signing meeting she ensured my wife and I understood every document we were signing. Her attention to detail was fantastic, for example, ensured all wording in the trust was just as we wanted.

Estate Planning Attorney Who Cares!

After interviewing several estate planning attorneys, we made the decision to use Stephanie Nullman for our last will and testament. Stephanie mentioned the entire reason she chose estate planning as her law practice concentration was because of the estate nightmare she witnessed with the death of h...er grandmother. She had us right there because she personalized the issue and has the foresight and personal experience to guide you in being thorough to cover all of your bases. We felt she explained and answered our questions thoroughly and we never felt pressured before, after or during the process. I think its important to make estate planning easy to understand and this is what Stephanie has a gift for. She will make sure you have thought of everything will also make sure she has answered any and all questions and concerns you have so that you can leave feeling confident if the unexpected happens to you, your loved ones will know EXACTLY what to do.

Patient and Professional

Ms. Nullman really knows Trust Law. She established a Living Trust, a POA, and a Living Will for my wife and me. She was very patient as she guided us through all of the intricacies of Trusts, and, as we sorted everything out, she did not push us to sign any papers until we were absolutely certain... that we had things set up the way we wanted. Further complicating matters, we went through an arduous process of selecting a corporate successor trustee, and she was accessible to give us advice as needed. We will definitely be returning to work with Ms. Nullman in the future.

Excellent and honest attorney!

We searched for the perfect attorney to help us with our estate planning needs. We have many complex family issues that not just any attorney could handle. Had been to multiple who either told us it was beyond the scope of their ability or just didn’t seem to know what we would need to assure us that... our plan would meet our needs. Then.... we found Ms. Nullman. She listened. She counseled us and it was the first time any of “this” made sense. We know we now have the perfect estate plan for our family, and we cannot thank her enough.
