Excellent

I would highly recommend Stephanie Nullman Eban for all of your estate planning needs. She was very caring, knowledgable and detail-oriented. This was something I had put off for a long time and she made it much easier. I feel like she has lifted a big load off my shoulders. Also, I have to give ...a big shout out and thanks to her assistants, Tessa and Andrew. They were wonderful in explaining details to me. Don't hesitate to hire this team.

I wanted to take the time to write a review after the wonderful experience I had when I reached out to Stephanie asking if she would be able to help me get my estate planning squared away. Lets start off by saying we all know this is not a fun topic to discuss or even think about to begging with. Whi...le working with Stephanie I didn't have a single worry that they couldn't complete the task I requested. I felt right at home and with the excellent attention to detail that Stephanie & her entire team provided it was easy to not worry or get a feeling like things aren't getting done. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and answered any question I asked without having to seek guidance. She also gave great explanations to the documents I didn't understand or any area where I felt confused . They worked in a timely manner and dealt with all the pain in the A** request I had for them. My entire process was the exact definition for the word Grand Slam. Stephanie and her team really knocked it out of the park and no doubt in my mind anyone who ask me for a recommendation Stephanie Nullman Eban will be the first and only name that will come out of my mouth.

Outstanding estate planning experience

Ms Eban showed meticulous attention to detail. She was receptive to suggestions for changes when needed. She promptly replied to emails or calls. I had originally asked for help with a limited issue, namely conversion of my deceased husband's trust to one in my name. In the end, thankfully, I was pro...vided with a much more comprehensive estate plan, one which will save me and my children a great deal of money, and which will avoid probate when I pass. At all times, she was courteous, friendly and entirely professional. I would with great enthusiasm recommend her to anyone seeking an estate lawyer!!

My estate attorney

Stephanie Eban Esq. was recommended as a trust and estate attorney at a networking team meeting. My husband and I got an invitation to come to a presentation at a restaurant. She and her paralegal gave a very efficient presentation. My husband said at once that he got an idea what a living trust... is and wanted to sign up to have it done. In the process both were very helpful and explained what needs to be done and how to solve different issues. We had a face to face meeting where Ms. Eban explained what we may need. Then she sent a draft of the living trust for us to proof read and do necessary changes. A week later we had the final face to face meeting and signed the living trust. The whole process was very smooth and Ms. Eban explained everything we needed to understand to make the best for ourselves and our daughter. I would recommend this lawyer to everyone who need assistance. She even asked if we have pets and how we want them taken care of. She also asked if we want to exclude our daughter's future husband from receiving anything from the trust. We also got medical power of attorney and other documents that we had not taken into account.

Retired Army Officer

We hired Stephanie to set up a Revocable Living Trust for our family. We are beyond satisfied with the service she and her team provided. To provide context to my review I am a retired Army officer and a retired contracts professional. My experience has taught me the value of caring for those entr...usted to you, and similarly the importance of a tailored, well written and legally sufficient document for the purpose at hand. With respect to client care Stephanie made us feel like we were her first priority (her hand-written notes are a nice touch). She was patient, kind and genuinely nice which added to our comfort level with her. Her prompt and clear communications also indicated her priority for client care. Stephanie's handling of our case made an otherwise complicated and emotional undertaking a simple and easy task. As a professional Stephanie shines. She is thorough, detail oriented and takes a lot of notes (she doesn't miss anything). Equally noteworthy is Stephanie's ability to explain legal jargon into simple terms for the layperson to understand. This was best exemplified at the interest dinner meeting where she explained the differences between various estate planning methods by telling vignettes that everyone could understand and make informed decisions. With respect to the final trust document, we are totally satisfied that it is tailored and reflects our desires and needs exactly. In summation, we had a most positive and productive experience with Stephanie. The level of client care and professional work ethic is exceptional. She is trustworthy and competent. We will not hesitate to use Stephanie again.
