Stephanie recently met with us and was hired to create our revocable living trust estate plans, which we completed in May, 2020. Stephanie was recommended to us by our CFP and she and her assistant were always extremely helpful, prompt, attentive and continually professional throughout the entire pro...cess. They frequently took extra time to answer all of our questions on a level that we could easily understand. Additionally, they always responded promptly whenever we left phone or text inquiries which made the entire process proceed very smoothly and trouble free. I plan to recommend the firms services to our friends and look forward to doing business with your law firm again should a need arise.

Estate Planning

My wife and I recently relocated to Georgia in retirement and had delayed doing any estate planning for several years. Without any familiarity of the law firms or how to best start the process, the inertia continued. Serendipitously, a mailer from Stephanie arrived soon after our move, and we decid...ed to reach out to her for a consultation, having been impressed with her bio and background. We found Stephanie to be very engaging and informative, as well as well-prepared to work around the Covid-19 restrictions which had otherwise closed most businesses down. In particular, we were impressed with how seamless Stephanie made the discussion around our needs leading to a comprehensive plan for our trust, wills, and healthcare directives. The fee structure couldn't have been more simple. Shortly after our initial teleconference, we received draft documents and helpful explanations, leading to a very productive final call, in advance of the signing. We could not have been more pleased with how efficiently and comprehensively this went for us. We were really lucky in finding Stephanie!

Estate Planning with stephanie Nullman, Estate Planning Attorney

My wife and I recently retired to Fayetteville, GA from NC and realized that we needed to review and revise many of our legal documents. We met with Stephanie a couple of times and learned what services she could provide and based on our particular situation and Georgia law what she recommended and ...why. First of all, Stephanie was very good on explaining some differences between GA and NC law when it came to wills, probate and trusts. Based on our objectives we found the right vehicle for protecting and passing on our assets to our children and grandchildren. She was excellent in going over all the nuances of powers of attorney and health-care powers of attorney. She gave great examples where appropriate and answered all of our questions very thoroughly. We agreed on an overall estate plan which included several components and we are in the process of finalizing the implementation of the estate plan. My wife and I highly recommend Stephanie Nullman as an estate planning attorney. She is a true professional, extremely knowledgeable, personable, an excellent communicator and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Super service start to finish

My wife and I had not truly considered creating a trust for our family. We thought that a standard will and power of attorney would just suffice. We attended Stephanie's event and learned that we really needed something more to protect our assets and ensure that our children would not be burdened wit...h the challenges of going through probate and numerous other hurdles people experience when handling an estate. Stephanie walked us through the whole process, listened to our concerns, provided guidance, and helped us think about what we wanted to have happen. With the whole social distancing challenge, she made accommodations for us to get our documents signed in an expedient and safe manner as well. We feel very fortunate to have Stephanie as our lawyer and very relieved that we have things in place for our kids so that they will not have to experience unforeseen challenges. Excellent Estate Planning

Stephanie provided an excellent, comprehensive overview during the first dinner presentation, and then she took an interest in my current life stage and situation. After I indicated that I wanted to meet and develop a plan, she planned out the process in a strategic manner. She demonstrated a deep ...knowledge of the various aspects of trusts, wills, power of attorney documents, etc. I appreciated her ability to explain the options in laymen's terms and with patience. She did not "force" any products or services, but allowed me to decide. I was extremely impressed with her attention to detail about my requests, as well as her accuracy on the documents. She did not make a single mistake from what I requested vs what she drafted. Lastly, the signing process was extremely efficient and well-designed. I plan to use Stephanie for any future legal needs, and I highly recommend her services.
