Estate plan

Attorney Eban created my revocable living trust. She was very knowledgeable of the laws and listened carefully to what I was trying to accomplish and I feel now that my family will be taken care of in the future.

Project Manager

Stephanie took the time to answer all my questions to fully understands how trusts work in general and specifically to my situation. She is professional, knowledgeable, patient and personable. She also created an excellent guide for next steps to follow when I start transferring items to the trust.... I would highly recommend her and the associates at Thrift McLemore.

Good Job!

The preview copies of my documents covered all the points I wanted. I started thinking about the tax rates for trusts and started freaking out. I sent an e-mail & voice message to Stephanie and she called me back & allayed my fears. I feel comfortable that she'll help my kids work through the docu...ments when the time comes.

Excellent and informed

Stephanie just completed new estate documents for us. She is very well-versed in estate law. It's her passion. She patiently walked us through the entire process. She is very organized, which we really like. She answered each question, explained why some of our ideas might not be the best or mi...ght not even be possible. We feel like we are in good hands and it feels so good to get this project behind us. We'd put it off for too long!

Kind, thorough, made it easy

Stephanie was so helpful and approachable during our estate planning process.
