Excellence in Estate Planning

I highly recommend Stephanie Nullman for help with estate planning. She was very thorough, patient and easy to work with. I met with her to discuss my parent's estate and based on my positive experience hired her to assist with my own estate planning.

She's the Best!

Stephanie did a fantastic job for us with regards to our estate planning needs. She explained our options in a manner that we understood, made appropriate recommendations, prepared our documents and explained them with clarity. She also prepared a "what this means" document that went sentence by se...ntence explaining everything. She prepared our trust document, rollover trust document, powers of attorney, children's trusts and many ancillary documents. She also prepared a "what to do next" document. Everything was very thorough. Stephanie is a very pleasant person, taking her time with us until we were satisfied. We couldn't be happier!

The best attorney that I’ve ever worked with

I initially met Atty. Nullman at a seminar held in Peachtree and the information she shared regarding trust, wills etc. was very enlightening. I had been misinformed for years about how to include all my children including my son that has a disability without risking him not qualifying for Medicaid.... Stephanie explained everything so that we could understand what we needed to do. The process was easy and we have received our portfolio and all our children and family members have to do now in the event that we pass away is know the location of the file, pick it up and all our wishes are there for them. I can honestly say that now that this is done I can relax and enjoy my life knowing my family will be well informed. I would highly recommend her if you need an attorney to guide you through this process. There was no pressure and she has a great personality and you will sense immediately that she cares about ”you”. Thanks again Stephanie, It was our pleasure working with you. Living Trust (LT)

I hired Stephanie to do my LT. Met her at a seminar where she explained the pros of a LT, the cost and procedure. She answered all my questions. It was a great experience and I would recommend her to others needing such service.

Patient and Professional

Ms. Nullman really knows Trust Law. She established a Living Trust, a POA, and a Living Will for my wife and me. She was very patient as she guided us through all of the intricacies of Trusts, and, as we sorted everything out, she did not push us to sign any papers until we were absolutely certain... that we had things set up the way we wanted. Further complicating matters, we went through an arduous process of selecting a corporate successor trustee, and she was accessible to give us advice as needed. We will definitely be returning to work with Ms. Nullman in the future.
