Super service start to finish

My wife and I had not truly considered creating a trust for our family. We thought that a standard will and power of attorney would just suffice. We attended Stephanie's event and learned that we really needed something more to protect our assets and ensure that our children would not be burdened wit...h the challenges of going through probate and numerous other hurdles people experience when handling an estate. Stephanie walked us through the whole process, listened to our concerns, provided guidance, and helped us think about what we wanted to have happen. With the whole social distancing challenge, she made accommodations for us to get our documents signed in an expedient and safe manner as well. We feel very fortunate to have Stephanie as our lawyer and very relieved that we have things in place for our kids so that they will not have to experience unforeseen challenges. Thank you Stephanie!

Estate Planning

Stephanie was a joy to work with. She exhibits real care for her customers and treats them as she would her own family. I felt very confident about her advice. My parents had used another attorney for their trusts before they passed away and the documents were overly complicated. Stephanie kept i...t simple, yet effective. I have know about trusts for over 30 years and have used them, but she was by far the best lawyer I have dealt with because of her caring and keeping things as simple, yet effective as they needed to be.

Estate planning made clear and simple!

Assistance with Family Will

My reasons for looking for an Estate planning and Living Wills lawyer was to fully understand an already existing Living Will created by another law firm. My objectives were to make sure I understood all of the consequences of its language and to make sure the desired outcomes of the family assets we...re clearly marked and any pitfalls to executing the plan were identified. I hired Stephanie to do just that and she did a wonderful job reviewing the language, interpreting it in quick fashion and communicating it to me in a clear and concise fashion. I walked away feeling much better knowing the language in an otherwise complex legal contract was sound and the family will be in good position at the time the Will needs review. I was impressed with her knowledge and technical expertise and would recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to solidify their overall financial plan with appropriate legal protection and consultation in an estate / trust / will.
