Estate planning made clear and simple!

Stephanie explained the process of Estate planning and the nuances of our options very well. She was very patient and sensitive in reviewing details. We loved that she will be our Estate attorney for life. It gives us such a sense of peace that everything will be taken care of!

Assistance with Family Will

My reasons for looking for an Estate planning and Living Wills lawyer was to fully understand an already existing Living Will created by another law firm. My objectives were to make sure I understood all of the consequences of its language and to make sure the desired outcomes of the family assets we...re clearly marked and any pitfalls to executing the plan were identified. I hired Stephanie to do just that and she did a wonderful job reviewing the language, interpreting it in quick fashion and communicating it to me in a clear and concise fashion. I walked away feeling much better knowing the language in an otherwise complex legal contract was sound and the family will be in good position at the time the Will needs review. I was impressed with her knowledge and technical expertise and would recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to solidify their overall financial plan with appropriate legal protection and consultation in an estate / trust / will.

Outstanding!!! We Highly Recommend!!!

My wife and I met Stephanie at a Trust and Wills meeting she had sponsored. Having recently lost both of my parents and experiencing the pain of working through their Wills, Stephanie's seminar was both timely and insightful. She made understanding the differences of the two documents easy, and sha...red the pros and cons of both through various examples. As a result, we had Stephanie develop our Trust and we both are very comfortable with the decision we made to make it easy for our children when the time comes. Stephanie is very knowledgeable and passionate about the work she does and makes you feel comfortable discussing the 'hard topics.' We highly recommend her!!!

Outstanding professional service from Stephanie and her staff

Stephanie invited us to a dinner meeting where she explained an overview of trusts, which was just what we were looking for. The process is detailed, and that is where Stephanie excels. She customized our trust thoroughly to our unusual needs. She is very knowledgeable and resourceful in answering... all questions with confidence. We met Stephanie at a Trust and Wills session she hosted. Our goal was to gain education on the topic and begin selecting an attorney to fulfill this need for us. Stephanie was very knowledgeable on the subject and provided many examples of why/when you would need a Trust. But even more apparent was ...her passion on the topic........... her willingness to provide honest and straightforward answers was great.
