Trust

My husband and I met Stephanie about two years ago while listening to her speak about trusts/wills. We were so impressed with her knowledge and professional demeanor that we sought her out this year when we decided it was time to set up a revocable trust. Stephanie was thorough with her explanation...s and happy to answer all our questions. After working with her, we are still impressed with her knowledge and work ethics. I would recommend her to anyone!

Grateful for COVID Outreach to Healthcare Workers

Stephanie Nullman reached out to healthcare workers on the frontline during the COVID 19 pandemic to offer her services with regard to wills, healthcare power of attorney, and estates, etc. Updating these legal documents had been on my to do list for ages, but it was her outreach during this critical... time that was key. I was incredibly impressed with Ms. Nullman. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, available and responsive, thoughtful, and kind. She met with me multiple times virtually to ensure that these documents really convey my wishes clearly. She was so accommodating in scheduling these visits. The process of signing the documents in person went off without a hitch in accord with the CDC guidelines for physical distancing. While I am most grateful that she charged a reduced rate for healthcare workers on the frontlines during the pandemic, given the quality of her work, I would have been happy to pay her full rate. Without a doubt, I will use her services in the future and will refer my friends and colleagues to her.

Stephanie makes it easy to understand and painless

We recently worked with Stephanie and Thomas Walters on setting up a trust. She explained everything clearly and took great pains to make sure we understood everything and felt comfortable with everything in our documents. She truly made the entire process painless. She was also very flexible when... we had some last minute changes and scheduling issues. We would definitely recommend Stephanie for any estate issues you may have.

Estate Planning

My wife and I recently relocated to Georgia in retirement and had delayed doing any estate planning for several years. Without any familiarity of the law firms or how to best start the process, the inertia continued. Serendipitously, a mailer from Stephanie arrived soon after our move, and we decid...ed to reach out to her for a consultation, having been impressed with her bio and background. We found Stephanie to be very engaging and informative, as well as well-prepared to work around the Covid-19 restrictions which had otherwise closed most businesses down. In particular, we were impressed with how seamless Stephanie made the discussion around our needs leading to a comprehensive plan for our trust, wills, and healthcare directives. The fee structure couldn't have been more simple. Shortly after our initial teleconference, we received draft documents and helpful explanations, leading to a very productive final call, in advance of the signing. We could not have been more pleased with how efficiently and comprehensively this went for us. We were really lucky in finding Stephanie!

Estate Planning with stephanie Nullman, Estate Planning Attorney

My wife and I recently retired to Fayetteville, GA from NC and realized that we needed to review and revise many of our legal documents. We met with Stephanie a couple of times and learned what services she could provide and based on our particular situation and Georgia law what she recommended and ...why. First of all, Stephanie was very good on explaining some differences between GA and NC law when it came to wills, probate and trusts. Based on our objectives we found the right vehicle for protecting and passing on our assets to our children and grandchildren. She was excellent in going over all the nuances of powers of attorney and health-care powers of attorney. She gave great examples where appropriate and answered all of our questions very thoroughly. We agreed on an overall estate plan which included several components and we are in the process of finalizing the implementation of the estate plan. My wife and I highly recommend Stephanie Nullman as an estate planning attorney. She is a true professional, extremely knowledgeable, personable, an excellent communicator and an absolute pleasure to work with.
