About me

I have been handling tax issues with the Internal Revenue Service and Georgia Department of Revenue  since 1984.  We deal with a variety of tax controversies, and have been very successful with innocent spouse cases, offers in compromise, and collection appeals.  We represent clients with Swiss bank accounts in the Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program, handle sensitive audits, challenge payroll tax and Trust Fund Recovery Penalty assessments, as well as cases that have to go to U.S. Tax Court.  Additionally, we represent small businesses and their owners in a variety of matters, such as contract review, acquisitions and sales of business, and other corporate and LLC transactions.
