The person I spoke to initially before signing up was very polite and attentive. I didn't realize that he wasn't a lawyer though so I didn't like that once I found out. But I did like that I had his direct line and we were able to speak after normal business hours. I spoke to my lawyer once in the wh...ole 6 weeks so far. But he was very polite and attentive. He seemed to care and he fid something for me that went beyond his job description. But the personnel/administration/secretaries, whoever they are, are very rude, cold, short, inattentive, poor customer service, condescending, etc. They should be replaced. All of them need some character adjustments. Maybe they would have more "respect" if my leg was broken. With the negativity that they throw out, I still have faith that my case will go well. Jim Roth is one in a million--literally; he handled my claim after I was rear-ended.
