The Best of Atlanta

My lawyer took on my case when I was employed. Soon after I had a horrific accident and he worked with me, he put my interest before money. Not saying he works for free, but he lays out options for his clients. The Thrift Lawfirm is the best of the ATL.

Tax lien resolution

After posting a dozen requests for help with my tax lien problem on Avvo, Craig Thrift called the next morning, listened as I explained my situation and agreed to take my case. This occurred over Thanksgiving week and Tessa (case manager) started the paperwork immediately. On Monday, Kent Bailey was ...ready to start working on my case. I was very impressed with their quick response. I live in another state and desperately needed someone to handle this lien problem. Kent was very reassuring, he kept me informed, answered my questions, returned my calls and emails promptly and was always polite and professional. He was very sympathetic to the stress this was causing me. If I had tried to handle this myself it would have cost me a lot more money and more headache, but Kent knows his stuff and worked hard to reduce the ridiculous amount of the lien down to something realistic. A huge relief for me. Thrifts' fees were very fair and reasonable and I received updates on the balance of the bill periodically. This was my first time hiring a lawyer and I consider myself lucky to have found them. Craig, Kent and Tessa were wonderful to work with and from the beginning I felt like a valued client. Would I hire this firm again? Yes, definitely. Would I recommend them to family and friends? Yes, absolutely. Thrift and McLemore is a first class and ethical law firm. Thanks so much, Dianne

Very pleased with outcome on my case against Dex Media / YP

Matt Collins and Craig Thrift did a wonderful job in helping me resolve my case with Dex Media formerly known as YP / Yellow Pages. Not only were they professional and knowledgeable but compassionate to the stress and anxiety that Dex Media and the whole case had put on me. I hired them to represent ...me sight unseen as I am located in another state. After calling around different firms I knew right away I would use Craig Thrift for my case. Matt Collins is very diligent and treated me with much respect and I am glad I chose to use this firm. I would highly recommend giving them a call!

Great consultation!

I contacted Craig for a consultation regarding a real estate property that I own. Craig was very knowledgeable and transparent in explaining the process and possible outcome. He answered all of my questions in great detail and I really appreciated his straightforwardness. Uncommonly Exceptional!

Craig Thrift and his team are uncommonly exceptional attorneys. They're not only very competent and capable lawyers, but also great human beings, who genuinely care about their clients. While most law firms focus primarily on how much money a case will bring, these guys care about doing what's right ...and what's best for their clients. They worked long, hard hours to help my family successfully resolve a very complex and difficult situation, and were more than fair with their fees.
