Tremendous Firm, knowledgeable, fast, and personal

Craig and firm helped me resolve my business dispute where the other party breached contract. Craig's excellent communication and guidance helped guide me through an attempted pre-suit settlement. When the defending party refused to comply, Craig and firm clearly laid out my options and I decided to ...file suit which eventually lead to a settlement process which thanks to them worked out well in my favor so we never had to set foot in court. Craig is professional and knowledgeable. His firm is incredibly fast to respond (text, phone, email) and clear in their communication providing me all of the necessary information to make the hard decisions without detracting from the main goal. Very mindful of both their and my time, they thoughtfully get right to the point. Equally important to me, on a number of occasions they provided quick short responses without 'round up' billing allowing me to get the quick answers I needed without destroying my wallet.

Worth All 5 Stars...

Craig and his team are great! I looked long and hard for a firm that could meet my needs and upon speaking with Craig about their services and finding out how they support Veteran owned businesses I knew I made the right choice. No disappointments or complaints, he's my guy and the firm is my choice... for all my business matters.

Never expected this in today's society

We had a wonderful experience with this firm. Mr. Thrift was very attentive to EVERY aspect of our Real Estate matter. His staff and himself kept in constant contact with myself and my husband on every part of the process and communicated it in layman terms. I have to say that I was impressed with hi...s front office staff. Very professional and courteous EVERYTIME I called the office, they were never rude or snarly not one day. Mr. Thrift's attention to detail and possible outcome to his clients is not far fetched or sugarcoated. He's a straight shooter, you never have to guess! If you have any real estate matters, mergers & acquisitions or whether purchasing commercial property or handling residential matters. Do yourself a favor and forego the headache of searching for an attorney that will help you resolve your current or future situation and call Mr. Thrift you will be glad you did. If he says it...He will do it the way possible! There from the beginning....

I've been blessed to own one of the largest renewable energy companies in Missouri and Arkansas for three and a half years. Sales was my background. Business unfortunately wasn't. I was given Craig's information from an associate of mine when I planned on starting my company. I can honestly say I... could not be where I am without him. He allowed my sales concept to be a business while protecting blind spots I didn't even know I had. He was with me from conception to opening to being able to now enjoy the fruits of our labor. We haven't always seen eye to eye......Because he tells me what I need to hear...not what I want to hear which is a quality that has allowed me to be where I'm at today.
