I hired this firm for my daughter based off of reviews. I followed up periodically to get an update on the case. I received a timely response each time, except for when Brandon was ill; however, completely understandable. He apologized; however, no apology needed, due to his current situation at the... time. I suggest exercise of patience, as it takes time to receive evidence from the discovery. Court dates will be moved a lot, while many you are not required to attend, which in my opinion means your attorney is taking care of business on your behalf. In addition, your attorney is in court often. You can email and leave messages, you WILL receive a response to your inquiry into your case. Many times no news available; however, once they receive the evidence they need, you will get a more in depth update. Once the discovery was in, court was scheduled a week or so later. The outcome we wanted was achieved and charge was reduced. We met Mr. Barber in court and he was personable, cool guy, yet still professional. He made us feel comfortable.
