Representation

Justin was highly recommended to me by another lawyer friend of mine who had used him for a traffic violation and was pleased with his results. I needed help with a ticket to keep the points off my record since I travel often for work and wanted to keep my premiums down. Justin represented me and... I didn't have to be present so I could keep my normal schedule and not miss 2 days dealing with it. I was more than happy and hopefully I won't need services again, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate and feel confident I'm in good hands!

Best lawyer in metro Atlanta

I was wrongfully arrested for a DUI on Super Bowl evening. It was a routine accident that resulted in a single car crash. Though I was injured concussed, the police conducted their investigation. Assuming I was under the influence. From the time I met with Justin, he sat down in his conference room, ...went over all the fax that I gave him. from the minute I signed with him he assured me this was a slam dunk winnable case, and would do his best to get everything resolved in my favor. Though it took nearly a year to get resolved through numerous continuances, once he was able to speak to the district attorney days before we were set to go to trial, he let out his dog mentality. Went to them telling them they had insufficient evidence, lack of probable cost for the arrest and that in his professional opinion, the field sobriety test were done in the normal ranges. Prior to trial I was offered a standard deal for DUI offenders, but he was able to get the DUI completely dismissed, and I was just given traffic citations for the accident. Hands-down, one of the most cut through and ruthless attorneys you’re going to meet when it comes to negotiation skills and dealing with prosecutors in judges. His knowledge for criminal laws as well as DUI laws is by far the best in the metro Atlanta area. Days before I was going to trial I thought I was just going to accept a mediocre deal offered by the district attorney, but he was able to turn that into a slam dunk win for me and my family. I cannot be more happy and pleased with his representation. Anytime I needed anything he was a phone call or text away. He was able to guide me through the entire process good and bad and alleviate the need for me going to any court dates of the one in which I had to plead guilty to some citations, all in all, I would highly recommend him if you are in any kind of jam such as I was in .

The greatest lawyer

Justin is a great lawyer. My case was delayed for four years due to the COVID 19. During these four years, he had been following up on my case and keep telling me what to do. He was very helpful in my case and got me a great result. I am very satisfied with his work. I had interviewed several law...yers before him, and finally I choose him. He is very sincere and will not let you hire him by promising you something he cannot do. English is not my first language, and I even don’t know much about American laws too. I had a lot of questions to ask him, but he always very patient with me and quickly replied question to me one by one every time. The other officer in his office were also very responsive and attentive to my requests. Really appreciate his help, he is worth to hiring!
