Outstanding Representation

Justin was very knowledgeable. He educated us every step of the way in what can be a very confusing process. He knew the law, the Judge and the prosecutors and understood how to best position the matter for a very favorable outcome. Thank you Justin. Amazing DUI Attorney

I cant say enough good things about Justin Spizman! I was referred to him by a friend and in the past did not have good luck with "friends" referring "friends". Justin is very responsive to calls, kept me informed immediately when news came about my upcoming case. He is very knowledgeable about D...UI law and was able to get my jury to find me not guilty on all accounts! I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of an attorney, not just to plea out but if you want to fight the obtuse laws and tests given at a DUI stop! Do yourself a favor and at least speak with him before signing with any other lawyer.

Job Well Done

I was referred to Justin Spizman by my cousin who is a lawyer and I must say that he did a fabulous job. Not only was I able to receive a favorable outcome, he empathized with my concerns and operated under good counsel. He kept me well informed of every possible situation that I could encounter wi...th my decision. And on the last day, he worked overtime in order to get me the verdict that would allow me to maintain my normal lifestyle. I would recommend Justin Spizman to anyone else who may encounter an arrest of a DUI. Thanks Justin.

Felony charge dismissed

From the beginning Justin made me feel very comfortable with my case. I was wrongfully stopped, an officer searched my car and found a schedule two narcotic. Throughout the case Justin made it very clear that he would fight hard to get me the best deal possible, and he did. The case was nolle prossed... (dismissed). I never felt like a criminal or judged by Justin, I was always treated as a friend. While the drug charge against me is something I own, the outcome of the case lets me focus on recovery instead of probation, court fees, and jail. Justin helped me get my life back. Thanks!

Wrongful Charges.
