Super Quick Responsiveness, Always Available, Will Fight for You

I met both Justin and Mike at their offices. First the reputation is outstanding, but you have to see for yourself to be sure. Unlike some "big box" attorneys they actually take the time to meet with you, in my case, for an hour before ever getting the case. Time is of the essence so getting comforta...ble and meeting your team is important. Think about it, you have one shot to do this right. As my situation was rather straight forward, and Justin was more than capable he was who I ended up hiring. The best part about this journey is they guys are always there. He always called back, responded to email within an hour, always made time on the phone no matter how repetitive, or lame my questions were, remember he is the expert and even though he does this every day, its new for some of us. So he takes the time to talk through scenarios and explain everything. My case was in Cobb county; Cobb has become more and more fun even for questionable scenarios. Justin worked hard at arriving at a resolution that ultimately was accepted. He meets face to face, and is not afraid to go at the prosecuting side both in person and repetitively over the phone. I guess the best thing I could say, is, if I had to do it over again I wouldn't do anything different. Maybe, you can debate going to trial in my case, I didn't, but Justin was good at resolving the case "outside" of the mainstream process. I would definitely recommend him and his offices for any case. These guys are good people, personable, treat you well and are friendly and accommodating on top of it. Even after my plea was settled, I know he will be available to answer any further questions as the total process if finalized. Do not bother with some of the big box guys that are easy to find....You have one shot to do it right, hire good representation.

all business, no BS

I needed to hire an attorney after a DUI Charge and was referred to call Justin. He was available for me on Christmas eve for a consultation and every time I called his cell phone. Justin was persistent with the prosecutor and was patient with me asking a lot of questions along the way about the pro...cess. The connections he had through the levels of the justice system were impressive, from the arresting officer to the prosecutor. I was even more impressed to see how many people respected him when we were in court. His demeanor is kind, but he means business and Justin worked overtime to make sure that he got me the best possible outcome, which he did. I am very grateful for his services while helping me thru this most difficult time in my life. I felt that Justin was really invested in my case and took the extra time and effort to make sure I got the best service that a lawyer could offer. The office staff at his firm was also very thorough as well. I would highly recommend Justin Spizman for anyone who is in need of his services.

A great attorney who cares!

I was referred to Justin Spizman by a close friend. This was for repeat DUI offense under very difficult circumstances. From the beginning, Justin was professional and competent, and didn't promise too much. I appreciated his realistic view of the difficult situation I was in and the chance it w...ouldn't go the way I wanted. He had a good game plan from the beginning, of looking at the evidence critically seeing where we were at, and changing court venues when he thought this would help. Although it took many months to get a resolution, I am happy to say, with Justin's negotiating skills and legal knowledge, that he was able to take a situation where expected punishment included significant jail time, suspended license, and forced ignition interlock use on my car, as well as DUI charge, to a reduced charge with none of the above! Although I still have to do community service and fines and probation, this is much better than I could have hoped for, with the incredibly punitive and unfair system we have (my opinion). Justin is a great DUI attorney and I would highly recommend him to anyone. !!

DUI Case

Justin did a great job helping me reach my desired outcome for my DUI case. He was realistic and honest with me about what to expect throughout the process, but also friendly and supportive. He gave me all my options, and let me know what the best and worst outcomes could be. I am happy to say my DUI... was dropped from my record, and it was a short process that last less than 3 months from my arrest date.
