Excellent DUI Attorney

Justin's expertise and professionalism was superb. He was very knowledgeable on the current DUI laws and newly changed administrative rules. He was always accessible by phone or text. He helped me achieve a great outcome on my DUI, which resolved for a reckless with very reasonable terms. I am f...orever grateful to Justin and his team. He helped to make a very stressful circumstance into something that I can now put behind me.

The best you can hire!

I can't recommend Justin enough. I hired Justin after being arrested for a DUI that involved an accident but also some large questions on the nature of the arrest. Justin was up front and honest from the beginning. He asked me to give him a full report of my story then let me meet him for a consultat...ion. After meeting him, I was confident in selecting him to represent me. From there on out, he kept me informed and consistently would touch base outlining the possible outcomes of the case. This case lasted almost two years where it was moved to a higher court. Up until the final court date, Justin was able to represent me without me being there in person and consistently kept me in the loop. This was crucial to not interfere with my career. I had just hoped to get it moved down to a reckless driving at the final court date, but Justin's case law knowledge and ability to know the case led to all charges being dismissed. He really is the best and I'm grateful I hired him to represent me.

AWESOME!!

This review is long overdue. I was pulled over for speeding (which I admitted to) a few years ago. The cop then asked me whether or not I drank, and I said yes, a few. The cop was accompanied by several task force students, I'm assuming learning the ropes, obviously my bad luck. I'm sure he wanted to... demonstrate an arrest or two. I then were asked to perform several tests, including eye, walking straight in which according to the report I failed. Long story short, I was arrested for speeding, failure to maintain lane and dui less safe. I got a 0.078 reading - so he couldn't give me a DUI. Next morning panicking, I googled the first lawyer that came up and hired him. He was awful, almost impossible to reach on the phone, always to his voicemail and he takes several days to reply my email/voicemail. He advised me to take the plea - reckless driving in lieu of all the charges above. At that time, he told me I had to complete several things, of all which I did, dui school, community svc and alcohol evaluation. After which all that is completed, only then my lawyer told me I had to spend a day in jail. I was furious since he could've told me earlier. I explained my situation to the alcohol evaluator, stating that I was not happy with my plea and the current lawyer. He then recommended me to Justin. I called Justin, about a day or 2 later, I'm so glad I did. He was so prompt, emails/phone calls answered almost immediately and so very professional. I told Justin I wasn't happy with the current plea. He didn't make me promises but I'm totally at ease and trust him, and trust that he can help me. Needless to say, I hired him. Best decision ever. Fast forward 2 years, about a week before my trial, Justin called and told me the prosecutor offered me a deal, to basically drop the DUI and failure to maintain lane charge. I only had to plead guilty to speeding and do not need a trial. It was the best offer. I honestly believe he worked very hard to help me. He'd always put my mind at ease with every little silly question I had. Please do not hesitate to call him.

Very professsional experience

I had a great experience with justin. Obviously not an ideal situation to be needing a lawyer But he made things as easy and smooth as possible.

Grateful for Justin and team!

Justin Spizman and his partner were very helpful as my husband, son and I dealt with our underage son's DUI arrest. They helped us understand the various scenarios that might play out, how to proactively take steps to hopefully mitigate the charge/penalty. We had some extenuating circumstances whic...h relied heavily on the outcome of our son's case and Justin was able to help us resolve the case very quickly which was extremely helpful. Ultimately, the DUI charges were dismissed and reduced to Reckless Driving.
