Highly Recommend

Justin Spizman is has that rare quality of professionalism and personalism found only in someone at the top of their game. I hired Justin to represent and guide me through a difficult situation. I have been in and out of the court system to various degrees most of my adult life. I have retained nume...rous council for both business and personal situations. I can honestly say that should the need ever arise again, Justin will always be the first phone call. From the first consultation to the handshake after final disposition of my case, I have never come across a better attorney. The first things we discussed had nothing to do with the case. He took the time to get to know me and my life before we ever spoke about his legal services. Once it was time to discuss the the laws pertaining to the matter at hand, Justin proved to me why his office is full of Top Lawyers plaques with his name on them. His office kept me well informed throughout the entire process. In all my dealings with attorneys, I have never come across one as pointedly aggressive as Justin. He zeroed in on the important facts and refused to give in when the question needed an answer. Throughout the entire process, Justin always made it clear what was going on, and anything I should do or consider as the case progressed. As we got closer to the court date, Justin and his office were very communicative. He and I spoke a number of times to prepare for and weigh our options to resolve the case. I have never had an attorney ask me directly "What do you want to happen?" as his goal and take such effort towards that outcome. My experience with him is that his work ethic is unquestionable. Honestly, the most I thought I could expect was a 25% favorable outcome to my situation. Justin took that to 100% and then some. Even if it was a small measure of luck, Justin is the one who found the opportunity and seized it. I couldn't ask for a better experience in the way my situation was handled. If you are in need of an attorney, Justin Spizman should be at the top of the list.

Clear, Direct and Incredibly Helpful

Immediately after being charged with a DUI, a friend recommended that I contact Justin. This was my first DUI and I’ve never been in legal trouble in the past so I had many questions and concerns. From the moment I met Justin, he did not waste any time explaining the legal implications based on the f...acts of my case. I clearly understood all the possible outcomes and was able to make informed decisions every step of the way based on his council. After following his recommendations, my charge was dropped to reckless driving. This was the best possible outcome and I couldn’t be happier with Justin’s work. More importantly, Justin truly cared about my health and future well-being. During our first meeting, he recommended that I take certain actions before my hearing to ensure the best possible outcome and to never face a charge like this again. It took me a few months to understand the importance of these actions but, as a result, the State saw someone who deserved a second chance and I am grateful.

Justin = Sensible, understanding and forward thinking

Justin not just understands the case and its implications but also has empathy to understand person involved and their families in the unfortunate event. He is very fast in understanding the case, analyzing and pre-meditating events to find a solution. He is mostly available to answer questions, if... not he will let us know good time. Office staff is polite, very efficient and proactive.

Professional, Patient, and Absolutely brilliant

Well I hope I don't run out of the 4000 character limit here ha but I just cannot say enough about how professional and patient Justin was with me. He was always available even if he had some other things going on he would still make time for me. I will say that i'm sure a lot of my questions were se...lf explanatory but he still walked me through it all. When the time came for the motion hearing Justin was prompt and on time and I felt extremely comfortable knowing that he knew the judges and prosecutors and great relationships with them already. That is something you can't put a price on. Justin was able to get my DUI dismissed that day. I don't know if he used some voodoo hahaha but the man did EVERYTHING he said he would do. He went above and beyond for me and I have recommended him to several others. I would highly recommend Justin to anyone that is seeking an attorney.

The Verdict is "Wow"

You know you had a good attorney when the judge specifically said "Wow" when viewing your file. Very responsive, no BS, and does everything possible to get the best outcomes for his clients. He got me a great deal and I'm very thankful for his help navigating the DUI justice system.
