Experience, expertise and understanding of legal doctrine !

I was reffered to Justin by someone with a complicated problem because I had a complicated problem. Mr. Spizman exceeded my expectations while managing them at the same time. He was respectful, responsive clear, concise and dogged in defending both of my legal situations. I can’t thank him enough for... his timely results that allowed me to enjoy my Birthday as a free man to spend time with my family but also make my vacation on time instead of being wrongfully in jail possibly with no bond over overzealous prosecution and clerical errors. He effectively advocated on behalf with the judges and prosecutors to fully explain the intricacies of the details in my case to them which was something I appreciate everyday. Justin Spizman is a man of integrity, professional, true to his word, and a tireless advocate on his client's behalf.

After a dismal experience with a different attorney, we contacted Mr. Spizman regarding an accident my husband had which resulted in a tragic fatality. Even though it was during his family vacation over the holidays, Mr. Spizman called me and we discussed the complexities of our case. He traveled to... see my husband in jail before we hired his services to meet with him, hear from my husband face to face, and help me get durable power of attorney set up, even if that was all we chose to have him do on our behalf. He offered to meet on a Sunday with me and family members before retaining his services. Justin was very honest and upfront about the complexities of our case, best and worse case scenarios, the plan moving forward, and that ultimately my husband was the one driving the bus as it was his life on the line. We all agreed Mr. Spizman was the one to help us navigate the unimaginable circumstances we were living. Since our case dealt with medical issues, he reached out to experts who were able to reinforce facts on my husband's behalf. He kept in contact with me and my husband throughout the process, even when Covid made everything exponentially more difficult. Justin navigated every step on our behalf with the tenacity and fervor you would pray for when facing a potential 10 year prison sentence. His expertise and determination resulted in our being able to avoid a trial and receive a negotiated plea deal with time served, probation, and first offender law in place. Everything he told us from the start played out to the end. I am ever grateful for the respect he showed to my husband and me. We always felt listened to and championed by Mr. Spizman. He did what he said he was going to do and being a man of your word is a rare find in this world.

Great lawyer and great result!

Justin helped with a sensitive family matter involving a University Administrative disciplinary matter. He handled the matter swiftly and efficiently which helped bring the issue to resolution with minimal penalty. I highly recommend Justin for this and other types of legal issues.
