Not a Legit lawyer.

I hired Mr. Justin Spizman for a case that I have, before hiring him I spoke with other lawyers about my case and they said they cannot help so I found Mr. Spizman and I discussed my case with him it was a Citation and Criminal Trespassing warning he said he deals with that and he can help me take c...are of it. I paid him 2000$ for my case he gave me a form to sign that says no refund. We went to court the case got postponed view times cause they needed to see a video footage. At the end of the case Mr. Spizman only said the court is violating my constitutional rights and that was it. The ticket was dismissed and the criminal trespassing is still there and I didn't get any help with the case. When I tried talking to him about it he said there is nothing to talk about that we are done. And that's not what he told me when I hired him.
