He ain't no spring chicken.

This wise man does at once what the fool only does eventually. The first method for estimating the intelligence of a lawyer is to look at the men he has around him. There are three kinds of intelligence: one kind understands things for itself, the other appreciates what others can understand, the thi...rd understands neither for itself nor through others. This first kind is excellent, the second good, and the third kind useless. Young Spizman belongs to the first.

Excellent, efficient, discreet

Justin handled my DUI case with the utmost professionalism and discretion. He was forthright and honest, while also being supportive and non-judgmental about what was, without a doubt, one of the worse mistakes of my life. I am a career professional and needed my case to be handled quickly and quie...tly. Justin understood that and accomplished that with a successful outcome, reducing my DUI charge to reckless driving and getting me the absolute best result based on the circumstance. I have, and will, continue to refer anyone in that unfortunate situation to Justin. He understand the system, is well respected and well-liked. All of which are invaluable.

Lyft vs City of Atlanta Defense

Along with several other drivers I received a citation while driving for Lyft. The citation was for operating as an unauthorized taxi service and the fines plus court cost were originally around four thousand dollars. Lyft hired Mr. Spizman to represent myself and the other drivers. Because Lyft is ...new in Atlanta they really had left a lot of loose ends and confusion. To clear up the confusion Mr. Spizman went out of his way to communicate between myself, Lyft and the court. As a result Mr. Spizman was able to sort out the details, clear up the confusion and negotiate a plea deal with the prosecutor reducing the fine to $300 plus court costs. That's ten percent of the original fines.. When we were in court it was clearly apparent that Mr. Spizman's legal peers including the prosecutor, the judge as well as the other attorneys had a very high regard for Mr. Spizman. Later at a critical point when Lyft had failed to do their part Mr. Spizman step in and took care of a difficult issue that developed ensuring that I and the other Lyft Drivers received the best possible outcome. If he had not gone of his way for us the consequences for myself and the other drivers could have been substantial. He went above and beyond to provide best possible legal representation before the City of Atlanta Courts on our behalf. Anyone who has been caught up in the legal system will understand how thankful I am for his outstanding legal services.

Couldn't ask for better

I was more than impressed and satisfied by Justin's representation. He kept me extremely informed. He went above and beyond to settle my case and the short timeframe he did so in was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend him to anyone in or around the Atlanta area. Never once did I feel like I was w...orking with a lawyer but a friend. And that speaks volumes to me.
