Justin Spizman

I would highly recommend Justin Spizman for anyone seeking a criminal attorney. He has met all of family's expectations and has helped our family member to not have a criminal record.

Thank You!

Mr. Spizman helped me put an end to some legal issues that were swept under the rug for years and finally caught back up to me. I believe everything happens for a reason and there is definitely was a reason for us to work together to figure things out. I just want to thank you again!

Retain Justin Spizman for your case

Justin was referred to me by a family member who once practiced law alongside Justin. I heard of his abilities, and knew he'd be the right one for my case. When I contacted Justin, I was nervous. This was the fist time ever having a legal issue, and one that would require a GREAT lawyer to avoid seve...re, life-altering penalties. Justin was attentive, empathetic and informative during the intake call. Since I was out of town, he did his best to outline the laws of GA, obstacles, expected next steps and options for me over the phone and keep in contact via text, emails and calls. The "cards" seemed stacked against me but Justin said he was ready to fight and would do everything he could should I decide to fight, too. With his vote of confidence, and my willingness to not accept the situation 'as is,' I retained Justin. This was the best decision I could have made! If you've read this far, and are curious as to what Justin can do for you, just know that nothing is guaranteed. Every case is unique. However, I do not believe you will have anyone on your side that will FIGHT - sift through the evidence and the legalities behind your case and outline possibilities to overcome/combat the accusations against you with sound legal work - to get the best possible result(s) more than you will with Justin. In short, I faced an uphill battle with a violation of a traffic control device and a DUI less safe/over .08 (BAC of .176). While elements of the process were questionable, and some prosecutors would have presented an "offer" deal at the hearing as a results, there were no options like that presented to me. I was faced with accepting the charges or fight as Justin agreed to do with me at a jury trial. I flew in from out of town, was mentally set for the "battle," and was in constant contact with Justin prior to my day in court. In what was preparation beyond my imagination, Justin's stellar legal work shed light to various aspects of my case that the jury and judge would likely view as unfavorable for the prosecution/State. Instead of jury selection, I spent the morning of my court date reading (and accepting) a plea deal that ended up with a reduced charge (reckless and traffic violation) with provisions a lot more favorable than any DUI conviction would have been. This outcome saved my job and changed course of my life that had been nervously trudging along over the one year since my initial arrest. My livelihood depended on having a fighter on my side who would win. So did my sanity. I'll say it again: Justin fights to win. I have no intentions of needing Justin's services again. However, I will do my best to spread the word to anyone in need of a STRONG lawyer to help you through a DUI-related case. If that's you, retain Justin Spizman!

Justin is THE MAN. If you use anyone else you're making a mistake.

This guy KNOWS HIS STUFF. Seriously! He knows the law, he knows the system, he knows the people. I never worried about whether my lawyer was doing what had to be done. No matter what was going to happen I knew it would be the best outcome possible under whatever circumstances. We were fortunate to ge...t an AWESOME outcome, but that's because we had an Awesome lawyer. He's also nice, respectful, extremely reachable, genuine, modest and a Good Guy.

Great Lawyer!

We had a great experience with Justin. He made me feel at ease and did not pull any punches or just tell us what we wanted to hear. He was very upfront, honest, and real.
