"A favorable outcome was....."

was always the goal and it was achieved TODAY! Justin Spizman was AWEMSOME IN the handling of my DUI case. Despite my numerous phone calls, emails, and text messages to Justin and his staff over the past few months, they remained courteous, thorough, and positive at all times. As a lay person it was ...difficult for me to understand the process and steps. Justin was extremely patient, detailed, diligent and respectful of my questions and situation. He even corresponded with members of my family. His hard work and EXPERTISE uncovered numerous areas of concern regarding the DUI arrest. I was practically in tears and overwhelmed with joy......when the result was a dismissal of 3 out of the 4 charges, the DUI being one of them, the only one to remain was reckless driving. IF YOU or ANY ONE you know is ever faced with this traumatic life changing experience, I would NOT hesitate in hiring Justin Spizman to represent you. Thanks AGAIN Justin....I can now move on with my life!

Review of Justin Spizman

With previous experience working in the financial and real estate sectors I have been exposed to business negotiations, real estate contracts and other various high level mergers and acquisitions throughout my past career endeavors. Working with high level executives, real estate brokers, attorneys,... and corporate presidents, I can make an experience based judgment about my having Justin Spizman represent me in my case. Being exposed to various educated high level decision makers in various parts of the world, I am a good judge regarding research, presentation, execution, and communication. With that said, I found my experience with Justin a 10. Within hours of getting his contact info and he getting mine, I was on the phone with him on a Sunday afternoon. We discussed the case, and the various steps we need to take. I was in his office the next business day. Yes his fee is higher than most but I do believe you get what you pay for and his knowledge and experience and presentation impressed me. I felt relieved Justin was representing me. He impressed me with the way he explained the laws, various was he could help me with my case and the potential outcomes. Suzie Orman and Clark Howard are experts in their fields but I believe they are top in their fields and successful above others not only based on their knowledge of their professions but because they have a way of presenting difficult information in a way that is easy way to understand….therefore helping you make the right decisions. Justin is this way. In addition he understands that clients have fears and “mental” blocks at times dealing with uncomfortable situations and is patient in repeating and explaining information. Justin returned my calls, texts, and emails. He did what he said he would throughout the case. It is not unusual for someone you pay to represent you to “put on a show” and “say all the right things” before you write a check and then to “check out” after and just go through the motions. This was definitely not the case with Justin. He exceeded my expectations and it is very hard to impress me. I made the right decision hiring Justin Spizman to represent me and would highly recommend him. He even told me that after court and the case is closed to call him if I had questions or concerns or needed to chat about any other issue regarding the case.

An excellent experience for a not so excellent circumstance

Justin was not only knowledgeable about what I needed to do to re-obtain my license, but also knew the steps I needed to take to do so. He was always quick to inform me of a court date or any other details concerning said case and did his best to make sure I was able to work around my schedule. I'm n...ot usually fond of lawyers, but you only need them when its a bad experience. Justin was able to turn that view around.

D.U.I. Expert that Actually Cares

Justin is outstanding at his practice and very knowledgeable. He was willing to go above and beyond all expectations and delivered an end result I was comfortable with. Although I met Justin at a very difficult time in my life, he managed to help me gain the confidence to take each step one at a ti...me and regain my confidence to move forward and learn from my mistake. Justin's hard work resulted in a reduced sentence that allowed me to remain home with my family and prevented the possibility of losing my job. Great attorney! Highly recommended!
