Dodging a Bullet

I stayed short with my first review because I didn't know if it was truly annonomous. I read other review and want to add some more details. In Georgia if you are caught driving without insurance twice it's a manditory 6 month suspension of your drivers licence. I was stopped and unbeknownst to m...e my vehicle registration had been suspended and insurance dropped. Had this been the first time it wouldn't have posed the threat of loosing my drivers license. Problem was it had happened once before. MANDITORY 6 MONTHS SUSPENION!!! I was looking at loosing not only my drivers license but, my 27 year career. I have to maintain a valid drivers license in my position. No two ways around it. Because of the wording of the charge, "knowingly and willing driving without insurance" and that I was able to prove I didn't know nor was I willingly driving without insurance Justin was able to get the charges reduced to a $100. fine and I was able to maintain my licence but, best of all the career I plan to retire from, not get FIRED from. Work never even knew. Even though, I knew, the wording of the charge was not true I would never have tried to represent myself. Having Justin as my legal counselor gave me advantages one can't get on their own. Justin communicated several times pre-trial with the D. A. which allowed me to gathering the evidence needed to prove I hadn't knowingly or willingly operated my vehicle without insurance. There was a plea agreement with no trial. Justin was "johnny on the spot" and held my world together! Like I said before..... BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT! Do yourself a favor, hire Justin if you need stellar legal representation having to do with with driving charges of any type. You won't be sorry. Thanks again Justin!

THE DUI Attorney

Getting a DUI is a most unpleasant experience. Finding an attorney with your best interest at heart is difficult as there are many attorneys to chose from. Justin Spizman is that attorney. He is professional and intelligent with a thorough knowledge of the law and the legal system. Justin was abl...e to resolve my case with a better than expected outcome. This was a harrowing experience and Justin's expertise, dedication and compassion made it tolerable. You NEED legal advice for a DUI and I highly recommend him.

Very Pleased

Mr. Spizeman's legal advice and know-how are helpful in the courtroom. He helped me avoid any serious penalties on my driving record and helped me receive a much lighter sentence than expected. I would highly recommend his counsel.

Speeding ticket

I just wanted to recognize Justin for the excellent job he did on my behalf regarding my traffic infraction. I'm a lawyer myself but practice in an unrelated field and when I received a rather egregious speeding citation (read xxx mph in a 65 mph zone) , I thought it best to employ someone with more ...expertise in the field than I. Based on recommendations, I knew Justin had an excellent repertoire with the people who matter most in these cases, namely the prosecutors and judge. Even so, a modest reduction in the ticket was all I reasonably hoped for. To my utter delight, Justin managed to have the ticket reduced to 14 mph over the limit, no super-speeder fine, and the prosecutor agreed not to report the incident. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and yes, I'll slow down, ha! I'm happy to add my recommendation to your list, Justin, thanks for all the help, much appreciated.

Legal support

Mr. Spizman represented me in court helping me in avoiding points on my license due to a traffic infringement. He communicated with the judge who showed in unexpected respect by complimenting him on his abilities as an attorney. Mr. Spizman accomplished our goals quickly and efficiently.
