Best attorney

When I was arrested for a DUI, I turned to AVVO to find the best attorney and I couldn't be happier that I was lead to Justin. He was extremely professional and helpful to both my family and I throughout the entire process. He has the right knowledge and connections to help in any situation. I could...n't have asked for a better outcome that turned my DUI into failure to maintain lane and I strongly recommend Justin to anyone looking for an attorney!

Attorney at My Side

Justin came highly recommended to me by a public defender who was unable to represent me. I came to him for help in an already very l-o-n-g case, and it was extended due to unique details about the situation. Throughout the whole process, he was very fair in working with me and my varying work/life... situations and schedules. The initial consultation went well as he parsed out the details I remembered. I felt like he was very non-judgmental but honest about the reality of my case. I needed things to be straightforward, and that's how I received them. If I had a question about how various conclusions were made in the case, Justin answered them for me. There were no questions he wouldn't answer promptly by phone, text, or email. I very much appreciated that he remained in constant contact with a variety of methods! Justin is definitely the professional attorney who has been at my side since consultation day when I decided showed up in the office with no appointment. It was serendipitous that he was there. Even when I was about to give up and call it quits, he kept fighting for me because believed in me and my case. I highly recommend him to be at your side also.

Best money I've ever spent!!

I cannot give this man enough praise. I was in a bit of a pickle and came out smelling like a rose. He does everything he tells you he will do, and then some. Justin was referred to me by a family friend and I am extremely grateful he was. He had my "alleged" DUI reduced to a speeding ticket, 14 ...Over, which is ZERO points on my license. If you are reading this it may be too late, but the best advice I can give you is refuse everything, and call Justin after you get released. He will take the time to go over everything with you, explain your options, and give you his honest opinion regarding the best possible (and most likely) outcome. I spoke with a number of lawyers prior to calling him and his professionalism and knowledge put him in entirely different league. There are a lot of DUI lawyers out there, but they are not created equal...this man is a GOD! Again, I cannot emphasize this enough....if you are looking for a lawyer do yourself a favor and call Justin Spizman.

Fantastic and Effective Lawyer!!!

Justin Spizman was a fantastic attorney. I had a DUI case for DUI less safe along with disorderly conduct. Whenever I had any questions or concerns with my case, Justin would responded immediately. He was supportive and understanding to my situation and I felt very comfortable trusting him with perso...nal information. My case was not a pretty one. I thought without doubt the outcome was going to be a DUI; however, with Justin's expertise I was able to reduce my DUI and disorderly conduct to reckless driving. For my specific situation, that was the best possible outcome I could have hoped for. He is very professional and confident in what he does. I will recommend Justin to anyone who is dealing with a DUI or any other cases in the Atlanta area.
