Best Decision I've Ever Made - Justin saved my career

First off, the state dropped all charges against me and I walked away with a perfectly clean record after the expunged the arrest from my record. DUI Representation varies greatly among attorneys as there are so many variables involved that most will never understand. Justin's service to me changed... my life, saved my career, and was the best decision I have ever made. Who you pick to represent you may be the biggest decision you ever make in your life as a DUI conviction will never leave your record. Most people do not understand how much results vary based on who to represent you. I was pulled over by a seasoned and experienced GSP Nighthawk officer in Buckhead and consented to a blood alcohol test which came out to a .123. Before contacting Justin, everyone that I reached out to gave me a gloomy prognosis and assured me that prosecution would be inevitable. I am a senior manager at a large company and work for in an industry where a DUI conviction is automatically career ending. After an initial meeting with Justin Spizman and Mike Hawkins at their office, I felt hope that the career I worked so hard to build along with my reputation and impeccable record could be preserved. After first meeting Justin, he assured me that he will get me results, and he did just that, exceeding any and all expectations and outcomes that I thought were conceivable. I will explain my interaction with Justin after that point: Justin is absolutely brilliant. He used to be a DUI prosecutor and is so skilled in the law and all of the many components of building a defense and will spend an exorbitant amount of time researching your case, analyzing the facts and evidence, and negotiating with prosecution so that any hole that would lead a viable path to dismissal is excavated completely. He is highly skilled in interacting with prosecution and judges and knows how to work his way towards the best results for you. He is also excellent with his clients and is accessible whenever you need him. He makes you feel like you are his only client. I would call him at random times with detailed questions regarding specifics in my case and he would immediately answer my questions that were specific to my case. You would expect someone to have to get back to you at a later date after pulling your file, but he knew my case so well that he wouldn't have to review notes/etc. He's confident and positive, but is always realistic and provides an approach where during each step of the way, he will give you multiple options and give you the power to make a decision, while consulting you and painting an accurate picture of all probable outcomes. He is tough and while everyone on each side of the courtroom has the utmost respect for him, it is obvious that any prosecution knows that if they are facing him, it will be an uphill battle on their end. If you care about your record, reputation, career, increased insurance premiums, criminal charges, jail time, or revealing a prosecution to anyone personal or professional in the future, then I would urge you to use Justin. I found about him from a pilot whose livelihood and career was saved due to him being directed to Justin. He is extremely hardworking, passionate, indomitable and simply the best there is in regards to DUI defense.

The best !

Justin is great! After a previous attorney gave me bad advice a friend recommended I go to Justin . He got my case thrown out and saved my driving history . The whole process was fast and stress free . I'm very satisfied and impressed with his professionalism . Thank you so much.

Great Representation

Hire Justin if you can

Justin did a great job. Justin is able to understand all of the facts of your situation and knows how to make sure you receive the most favorable outcome possible. He's VERY accessible to answer any question you may have. I was able to communicate directly with Justin throughout the process and he re...presented me in court when that was needed. In my case Justin quickly learned the entirety of the situation. He did his homework about me and the details of the charges being brought. He knows the law, the officers, the prosecutors and judges. He's going to put in the effort to learn that extra piece of information and make sure it's communicated to the right people to make sure you get fair shake. Working with Justin you get the sense that he's a high-performance individual that will handle your case in the same way. He will see the case from every angle. He'll let you know the strengths of your case as well as potential weaknesses. He'll allow you to make the final decision on which direction to take with all relevant information and any suggestions you seek. In my particular case I was really concerned I would be stuck with a tough punishment for what I thought wasn't much of any offense. Justin was able to work with the court and prosecutor to get me what I thought was a VERY good outcome that didn't require having a trial. That said - I get the sense that Justin was more than ready to go to trial swinging for me if I had chosen that path. In my opinion Justin's reputation and ability to go to trial is part of why he was able to get a good offer... the court knows him and understands he's going to do a good job at trial if a good offer isn't made.
