Mr. Ginsberg gave excellent advice to me. He advised me to reach out to my Texas State Senator because of how long the initial application process was taking. He also said for me to attach my grid rule to my application in which I did. After I did that, within 2 mo I was approved for disability a...t the age of 63. It took me 13 months to get approved and that was not having to hire an attorney. Thank you!!

Hey...I was out of work for almost 4 years, receiving long term disability payments from a long-term disability insurance provider I paid for through my job prior to becoming disabled and after only receiving monthly payments for about 3 years they abruptly and without notice cut me off and asserted ...they believed I could work, with that policy being what I considered my "safety net" and no other money coming in I was devastated and the policy was supposed to pay me until the year 2037. I have under gone 3 VERY BRUTAL SPINAL SURGERIES and knew I couldn't work or do anything on a constant day to day basis ever again, I have over 100 implanted pieces of hardware (screws, rods, spacers etc)made of Chrome and Titanium in my spine from just below my neck all the way down my spine to where it ends, it was REDICULOUS to me that long-term disability insurance provider even said they believed I could work and worse they connected me with an SSDI "CONSULTANT AND REPRESENTATION" Company contracted through them, who did little or nothing to assist me with obtaining SSDI, in fact I learned they actually did things to create some confusion which prolong processes and caused me to get 2 denials . I was devastated and then I saw a video from Jonathan Ginsberg and immediately I found something I lost and didn't even realize it, which was HOPE and made contact and he took my case and now in less than 6 months im approved I am waiting most impatiently at this very moment to get paid, but not because of his office mostly just processing time dealing with SSA. He is a most extraordinary Attorney and understands what disabled people are and have been going through, listens, and does his job.
