I contacted Mr. Ginsberg’s office several months ago regarding my case and emailed the requested medical information to Mya (She seemed nice but very curt initially), after hearing about my condition and pain, she assured me she would be in contact with me either way and to get her any additional inf...ormation from my doctors as it came after my appointments. I reached back out to her recently regarding what I had already emailed and to my surprise it had not even been reviewed, but she did remember me and asked to call me back after finding my emailed information, which she did. I then sent the additional doctors/hospital information she requested and was assured by her if Mr. Ginsberg did not take my case, he would at least offer some advise and suggestions (as he talks about and offers in all his videos). I felt he/they cared, but was sadly disappointed when I finally got a call from Mya and he was not interested in taking my case in a vmail left on my phone. When I called back and asked about any advice he could give me or what direction to take from here, her response was quick relaying again “He was not interested take my case and wished me the best of luck”. I’m almost 55 and have a history of back & neck injuries, including shoulder surgery with past and recent MRI’s, CT Scans that show herniated discs, tears in my lumbar discs, spondylosis, just to name a few, and the recommendation from a Neurosurgeon that I have a neck fusion. In addition I have documented IBD issues, all this was included in my emails reocords, witha letter from my treating PSY doctor regarding my depression. I asked politely what the reason was, did he feel my case wasn’t strong enough, what did I need to make my case stronger, she replied with the same exact auto response as above. It really worsened my sadness by being made to feel the pain I going through doesn’t matter the them and not worth explanation.

I hired Jonathan Ginsberg in Jan. 12 2015, he and his staff Mya were always able to answer any questions asked. One thing people that are trying to get on SSD get ready for a long wait, three years for me. We won our case on my 3rd appeal. I consulted with Jonathan Ginsberg regarding a potential social security application. He called me after I inquired with him online about representation. I asked him if he had a few minutes to answer some general questions I had. He agreed, but once he got information about the health condition and a...ge (10 seconds into the call), his friendly tone changed and became quite rude. He ultimately hung up on me as I was asking him a question (20 seconds into the call). Once he realized he would not take the case, he was not interested in talking for another second. Quite unprofessional.
