I can not say enough about how Carrie handled my divorce case. She made herself available to answer any questions or concerns that came up, and there was always something. I worked with Carrie who I highly recommend, but the whole office including her partner Ashley, as well as Drew and Laura were amazing! You will be well counseled and represented throughout your case. This firm is not looking to run your bill up like some other attorneys. They are very professional, caring and cost minded. But do not think you are sacrificing quality of representation, because you are not! Go for a consultation if you are going through a divorce, they will have your back!

I filed for a divorce and my controlling, Narcissist spouse went crazy. Carrie stood up for me and my two sons through my oldest son’s breakdown, bogus DFCS claims, continuous child mental abuse, stalking, a custody evaluation, a GAL intervention, 911 calls/police intervention, and a TPO. It was a relentless living hell for me and the kids for 18+ months. She never gave up, never lost her cool, and fought each attorney that he hired.
She is a parent and fights to protect children. She was fair with billing and always promptly replied to all of my email/calls.
She gave me SOUND advice during the hardest time of my life and I would not have survived this divorce without her. I would recommend her to anyone.

This was my first and hopefully last Divorce. Carrie and her associates took my case as a referral. They never hesitated once to explain the whole process in detail so I could understand what was going on. There were many times where I was nervous or confused, but after consulting with them I was made to feel reassured. They were always aware of my financial strain and made the most productivity out of the time they were billing for. After hearing about all the lawyers who bill for everything and run up the money as much as possible, I feel that Carrie and her team made the most out of what little money I had. When the mediation started to fall apart, it was Carrie who brought it back to reality in order to achieve the outcome desired so court and extra expenses were avoided. Carrie had her laptop out during mediation and was working on the final paperwork during breaks. She made the most out of our time so I would not be billed extra. I cannot say the same for my EX's attorney. They made this horrifying experience a tolerable one. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I highly endorse Carrie Hackett to those who find themselves facing divorce or criminal prosecution. These complicated legal issues require an effective attorney who will zealously advocate on your behalf. Carrie is a skilled communicator and counselor who is extremely knowledgeable in the fields of criminal and family law.
