For more than a decade, Susan Billeaud has worked with clients across the country as general business and commercial litigation counsel. She has aided businesses at every stage of growth—from start-up to dissolution.
Her insight into what it takes for a minority or woman-owned business to attain and retain third-party certification was gained directly through service on the Greater Women's Business Counsel's Certification Committee.
In her collaboration with other attorneys, Susan has written several successful briefs heard by the Georgia Court of Appeals, a Georgia Superior Court, the Alabama Supreme Court, and the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals.
Ms. Billeaud is currently admitted to practice law and active in Georgia, and admitted and inactive in Alabama, Louisiana and Texas. In 2011, she joined the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers and, from 2012-2013, served on its Membership Committee.
