Lost everything
Lorena saedi is a terrible bankruptcy lawyer! I was her client and I lost everything! My home my car my job! She told me that her firm would fight for me 200%! All a bunch of lies! Took all my money! I never use them again or tell anyone else about them either!!
Ms. Prewitt: Our firm fights 200% for every single client, each day. Our client responsiveness and case success record are two of our many crowning achievements. Although you and I discussed your case many times at length, I am saddened to see that feel this way. Unfortunately our law firm cannot make client payments for them to the court. That is the client's responsibility and we make sure that this is spelled out very clearly. In addition, although our firm filed several motions and argued for your case, the key background facts that you did not provide was the cause of the ruling you are upset about. Regardless, even when we were informed of this information (at the last minute) we STILL argued your case in front of the judge instead of just walking away. We explained the law and what your options were at that time. Our firm will always advocate for our clients and understands what they are going through. This is a stressful process at times and I understand that clients lash out when they cannot move forward with their case. We go far beyond what is needed for each and every client. With that said, I will never let anyone slander our good name due to their own negligence and omissions. I am always happy to discuss your case with you and I wish you all the best in the future.
