Mr. Thomas helped me through a very difficult time in my life where I was faced with losing my career in the healthcare field and getting charged with a DUI, he was able to negotiate with the prosecutor and reduce my charge to reckless driving. I recently faced an extremely intimidating and difficult case. After blowing a .201 (from the report) many lawyers simply would not take my case or would only help me with a guilty plea. I was facing jail time, a $1250 fine, and DUI school (not to mention increased insurance rates and a criminal r...eport that would have come back to haunt me). Mr. Thomas took the case on and stayed with it until the end. He maneuvered the case in ways that I didn’t know were possible until, after a year and a half, the case was finally dismissed. Mr. Thomas is truly knowledgeable in his field and most of all humble in his demeanor and accomplishments. You will not find much written about Mr. Thomas, believe me, I researched for weeks trying to find anything written by him showing his court victories (most lawyers I noticed boast about their accomplishments); however, during my case I came to appreciate that he didn’t feel he needed any. He keeps a low profile; but he is extremely proficient and will do everything he can to assist you in your case. During one of my court appearances another lawyer saw that Mr. Thomas was representing me. He pulled me aside and said that I could not have gotten a better lawyer. He had had a few dealings with Mr. Thomas and spoke very highly of his capabilities. My only advice would be to be patient, don’t bug him, and trust that he will have your best interests at heart. Last year in July I was arrested for my first (and hopefully only) DUI. That following Monday I made calls to several lawyers after browsing AVVO. Mr. Thomas made both my parents and I feel at ease after he said that he felt there was a good chance that he could get my charge dropped to Reckless Dri...ving. Though my case did take a while to be resolved (just got sentenced in June of this year) Mr. Thomas and his team were very attentive to me and made sure to respond to any questions/concerns that I had promptly. Though I did have to serve some jail time, my case was reduced to Reckless Driving which was the main goal! I am thankful for Mr. Thomas and his team for making this possible.
